The name of this toy set makes them sound rather heartless! Far from it. The beautiful Dark Cold Nins from Joguines Grapat are made with love and attention to detail. This is a set of three little peg people, using dark coloured timber and finished in deep purple, blue, and green.

Grapat is well-known for their beautiful, hand-finished Nins, which are deliberately without gender and facial expression, allowing children to come up with their own stories and scenarios for their little friends.

Made from natural timber with water-based colour stain, the three Nins feel beautiful in the hand and are fantastic for sensory play. The Nin wooden peg dolls are popular amongst Montessori and Waldorf minded parents, but also amongst parents who simply enjoy beautiful, natural toys that allow for educational, fun play.
